Can it be returned? Amazon does not allow returns for mouthpieces, but we, Itus Mouthguardz, fully support our product. Please reach out to us directly for any questions or requests for replacements/refunds, and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

How does the SilentZPro work? Snoring happens because our throats relax at night, blocking our airway. The SilentZPro fixes this by keeping your jaw forward at night and thus keeping your airways free.

What should I be careful of when setting up the SilentZPro? Be sure to mold the mouthpiece first and avoid leaving it in the hot water too long. When adjusting, make sure to push/wiggle apart and bend the bottom piece down before re-attaching. Reach out to us directly if you have any problems.

What if it does not fit? Every mouth is different, and if the mouthpiece does not fit, please reach out directly to us (Itus Mouthguardz) for replacements/refunds, as this cannot be done through Amazon's system.

How do I clean it? Cleaning can be done simply by brushing with a toothbrush and toothpaste lightly or leaving it in a glass of diluted mouthwash.

IMPORTANT NOTE from ITUS MOUTHGUARDZ: MOLD before making adjustments. Please KEEP MOUTHPIECE IN HOT WATER for a full 45 seconds. Be sure to BITE FIRMLY. If the mouthpiece is loose at all, repeat.
